Once your order is placed, your piece is professionally printed and shipped directly to your door through our trusted print partner. Because every item is custom printed just for you, slight variations in color may occur. Screen displays (phones, tablets, and computers) all show colors differently depending on brightness and individual settings. Small differences between what you see online and the final printed product are normal and are not considered defects. As a small family business working with print-on-demand services, our profit margins are very limited since each item is produced individually at the time of purchase. For this reason, we are not able to issue refunds or replacements based solely on color differences or personal preference. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a clear printing error, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will gladly work with our print partner to resolve legitimate quality issues.
